1. Who we are

VisibilityIQ is a technical-SEO and AI-visibility audit platform operated at visibilityiq365.com. We crawl the sites you ask us to audit, reconcile that crawl against external data sources you authorize, and return structured findings with remediation guidance. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.

This service is provided by Technology Geeks, Inc., with a registered business address at 1608 Grandwood Knoll NW, Acworth, GA 30101. References to “we,” “us,” and “VisibilityIQ” mean that entity.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the audit service and your account. Specifically:

  • (a) Account information. Your name and email address, and a securely hashed password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication layer (Better Auth) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
  • (b) Site and audit data you submit. The domains and URLs you ask us to audit, together with the crawl results and audit findings we generate from them (status codes, canonical and indexation signals, raw-vs-rendered parity diffs, structured-data extracts, and related evidence).
  • (c) Connector data you authorize. When you connect a third-party account via OAuth, we retrieve, on your behalf, the data needed to reconcile your audit. Supported connectors are Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google CrUX, PageSpeed Insights, and IndexNow. We request least-privilege scopes and access only what those scopes permit.
  • (d) Payment information. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe’s hosted checkout. We receive a billing reference and subscription status from Stripe, but we never see or store full card numbers.
  • (e) Product analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly, cookieless, and performs no cross-site tracking. It records aggregate usage (page views, referrers, broad device and country signals) without building a profile of you.
  • (f) Authentication session cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. See the Cookies section below.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide and operate the audit service, including dashboards, reports, and remediation guidance.
  • Run the crawls and connector syncs you authorize, and reconcile their results.
  • Process your subscription and manage billing through Stripe.
  • Send transactional email such as email verification, password resets, and billing notices.
  • Maintain, debug, secure, and improve the product.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your audit data to train models or to serve advertising.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of vendors to deliver the service. Each processes data only as needed for its stated purpose, under its own privacy terms:

Processor Purpose Privacy policy
Stripe Subscription billing and payment processing (hosted checkout). We never see or store full card numbers. View
Cloudflare Application hosting, edge/CDN delivery, and data storage (Workers, D1, KV, R2). View
Resend Delivery of transactional email (verification, password reset, billing notices). View
Plausible Privacy-friendly, cookieless product analytics. No cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. View
Google Search Console, Analytics 4, CrUX, and PageSpeed Insights — only the data you explicitly authorize via OAuth. View
Microsoft (Bing) Bing Webmaster Tools — only the data you explicitly authorize. View

For Google and Microsoft, we access only the data you explicitly authorize through OAuth, and only for the connected properties you select.

5. Cookies

Our cookie use is minimal. We set an authentication session cookie so that you stay signed in; it is strictly necessary for the service to function. Our analytics provider, Plausible, sets no cookies at all. We use no advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and audit data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing legal@visibilityiq365.com; we will delete or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or comparable laws, including the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your information, subject to legal retention limits.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@visibilityiq365.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We protect your data in transit with HTTPS/TLS and store credentials and OAuth tokens in encrypted form. Your data resides on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV, and R2). We request least-privilege OAuth scopes so that connectors can read only what they need. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard controls and review them regularly.

9. International data transfers

We and our processors may store and process data in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect personal information transferred across borders.

10. Children’s privacy

VisibilityIQ is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and legal obligations evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
